No. Each application is reviewed to determine whether coaching appears appropriate and whether current availability allows for a new client.
Either order is allowed. If you have already scheduled a discovery call, you may still submit the application so the conversation can be more focused.
Applications should be reviewed privately and only by authorized individuals involved in the coaching process. This is not legal privilege or therapist-client confidentiality.
Applicants may be directed toward a cohort, church support, counseling, licensed therapy, pastoral care, or another resource when appropriate.
