Terms of Use
These terms govern the public website, coaching application, published resources, and authenticated platform operated by DATN Productions, LLC. Effective July 29, 2026.

Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. You must provide accurate information when applying, creating an account, scheduling, or communicating with DATN.

Operator and service structure
Dads Against the Norm is a brand and service operated by DATN Productions, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company. The company provides coaching, educational content, media, and related services. References to a future Dads Against the Norm Foundation describe a charitable initiative in development and do not mean the foundation currently operates the website or receives payments.

Coaching scope
DATN coaching is educational and developmental. It is not counseling, psychotherapy, medical or mental-health care, legal or financial advice, emergency monitoring, or crisis response. A website visit or application does not create a coaching relationship. A coaching relationship begins only when DATN accepts the engagement and the parties complete the applicable enrollment terms. Results depend on individual circumstances and participation and are not guaranteed.

Accounts and portal access
You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials, using accurate account information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share an account or access another person’s records. Portal access is limited to authorized users and may be suspended or ended for security, misuse, nonpayment, expired enrollment, unlawful conduct, or violation of these Terms.

Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service; bypass security; attempt unauthorized access; upload malware, unlawful, infringing, or harmful material; misuse another person’s information; scrape protected content; impersonate another person; harass users or staff; or use DATN services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or exploitative activity. DATN may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules.

Content and intellectual property
DATN names, branding, articles, videos, curricula, downloads, software, and platform materials are owned by DATN or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. DATN grants you a limited, revocable, nontransferable right to use materials for your personal participation in the service. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant DATN permission to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and administer the service.

Fees, scheduling, and refunds
Fees, session frequency, payment timing, expiration, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms are stated in the applicable coaching offer or signed engagement. The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the public baseline. If a service-specific agreement conflicts with that baseline, the service-specific written agreement controls. Do not submit payment until the applicable price and terms are presented to you.

Third-party services and availability
Links and integrations may connect to third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. DATN is not responsible for third-party content or independent service decisions. The service may experience maintenance, outages, or changes, and DATN may update, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public website and general resources are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular result. DATN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the public service. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that applicable law does not permit DATN to waive.

Responsibility and termination
You are responsible for your decisions, actions, submitted content, and lawful use of the service. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse DATN for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use, infringement, or material breach of these Terms. DATN may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, nonpayment, or discontinuation of the applicable service.

Changes, disputes, and contact
These Terms and any service-specific written agreement form the agreement between you and DATN for the applicable service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Idaho law applies without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. Before filing a formal claim, contact austyn@dadsagainstthenorm.com so the parties can try in good faith to resolve the issue. DATN may update these Terms, with material changes identified by a new effective date and additional notice when appropriate. Effective July 29, 2026.
