Accessibility
DATN is committed to making its public website and coaching platform usable by people with disabilities. Effective July 29, 2026.
01
DATN works to provide equitable access to public information, application forms, scheduling, and authenticated coaching tools. Accessibility is an ongoing practice across design, content, development, testing, and support—not a one-time claim of perfect conformance.
02
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a technical target where reasonably applicable. Current practices include semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus states, labeled controls, text alternatives, responsive layouts, sufficient contrast, reduced-motion support, and clear validation messages.
03
Some calendar, video, email, document, or embedded services are provided by third parties. Their accessibility is partly controlled by those providers. DATN will help identify an accessible alternative when a third-party experience creates a barrier.
04
If you cannot access content or complete a task, email austyn@dadsagainstthenorm.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Include the page or feature, the barrier, your preferred contact method, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include passwords or sensitive coaching details. DATN will acknowledge the request and work toward a reasonable alternative.
05
DATN reviews new and updated experiences for accessibility and prioritizes barriers that prevent core tasks such as applying, signing in, scheduling, messaging, or accessing coaching materials. This statement will be updated as the program matures. Effective July 29, 2026.
