This notice explains how DATN Productions, LLC handles information from website visitors, applicants, coaching clients, and account users. Effective July 29, 2026.
01
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, coaching application responses, account profile, messages, uploaded files, goals, assignments, session details, feedback, and communication preferences. An application may include family circumstances, beliefs, wellbeing, or other information you consider sensitive.
Our systems may also process IP address, device and browser information, sign-in and security events, page requests, email delivery events, calendar activity, and similar operational records needed to deliver and protect the service. Our first-party website measurement records page paths, selected calls to action, referring domain, campaign labels, and a one-way hash of a browser-session identifier. Analytics records do not store an IP address, user-agent string, email address, or full referring URL.
02
We use information to respond to requests; evaluate coaching fit; establish and administer client accounts; deliver coaching, assessments, assignments, files, messages, and reports; schedule and document sessions; send service communications; maintain business and coaching records; prevent fraud and misuse; improve reliability and accessibility; and comply with legal, accounting, safety, and security obligations.
We ask for affirmative consent before processing the potentially sensitive information in a coaching application. You may choose not to submit optional information, but some information is required to evaluate or provide the service you request.
03
DATN uses essential cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, account security, request protection, and workspace preferences. These functions are necessary for the portal to operate and cannot be disabled through a consent banner.
DATN also uses privacy-conscious first-party measurement to understand aggregate page visits, calls to action, applications, discovery-call activity, newsletter signups, resource opens, and podcast opens. The anonymous identifier lasts only for the current browser session. Raw anonymous events are retained for up to 90 days before deletion; de-identified daily totals may be retained for longer-term business reporting. DATN honors supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals, and the control on this page can disable measurement on this browser.
DATN does not use advertising cookies, session replay, fingerprinting, or cross-site behavioral tracking. If advertising or targeted-advertising technology is introduced, this notice and the available privacy choices will be updated before that processing begins.
04
We use vendors that help operate the service, including Supabase for authentication and protected data storage, Vercel for website hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Google services when calendar features are used. These providers process information for the functions we configure and are subject to their own contracts and privacy terms.
Information may also be disclosed when you direct us to do so, when reasonably needed to protect a person or the service, to professional advisers under confidentiality duties, in a legitimate business transaction, or when required by applicable law. DATN does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
05
Coaching applications, assessments, messages, files, notes, and progress records are limited through role-based access and should be shared only through authorized channels. Coaching is not healthcare, therapy, or legal representation, and coaching records should not be assumed to receive the same legal protections as medical or attorney-client records.
Confidentiality may be limited by your instructions, legal process, credible and immediate safety concerns, suspected abuse where reporting is required, service security, or other circumstances described in your coaching terms.
06
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, preserve coaching and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and meet legal, tax, insurance, or accounting duties. Retention periods vary by record type. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to lawful exceptions.
We use administrative, technical, and role-based safeguards designed for the nature of the information we hold. No online service can promise absolute security. Do not send confidential coaching content through public contact forms or ordinary email.
07
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information that applies to you. You may also withdraw optional consent or object to certain processing. Applicable law may provide additional rights or permit us to retain information for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons. Submit a request to austyn@dadsagainstthenorm.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity before acting on account or coaching records and will explain any denial and available appeal process.
Marketing messages will include an unsubscribe method. Service, security, scheduling, and account messages may still be sent while you maintain an active relationship with DATN.
08
DATN’s Idaho operations are subject to applicable Idaho consumer-protection and data-security requirements, including duties that may apply when personal information is affected by a security breach. DATN also offers the privacy-request choices described above even when a particular request is not required by Idaho law.
DATN does not currently sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or perform automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If those practices or applicable Idaho requirements change, this notice and the available privacy controls will be updated before the new processing begins.
09
The website, application, and coaching platform are intended for adults age 18 and older and are not directed to children. Adults should not submit a child’s private information unless it is reasonably necessary for their own coaching request and they are authorized to provide it. If you believe a child submitted personal information directly, contact austyn@dadsagainstthenorm.com.
10
We may update this notice as services, vendors, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product or email notice. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to austyn@dadsagainstthenorm.com. Effective July 29, 2026.
