Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear expectations for discovery calls, coaching purchases, rescheduling, cancellation, and service concerns. Effective July 29, 2026.

Know the terms before payment
The public website does not promise a single price or refund rule for every coaching offer. Before accepting payment, DATN will provide the applicable price, included services, schedule, expiration, cancellation window, and refund terms in the offer, invoice, checkout, or coaching agreement. Do not pay if those terms are not clear; contact DATN first.

Discovery calls
A discovery call is a fit conversation, not a paid coaching session. There is no fee to refund. If you cannot attend, use the reschedule or cancellation controls in the calendar confirmation so the time can be released.

Coaching sessions
Paid coaching sessions are governed by the cancellation and rescheduling window presented in the client’s written offer. A timely change normally moves the session without losing it. A late cancellation or missed session may be treated as delivered when the written offer says so. DATN may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies.

Programs and unused services
Completed sessions, delivered digital materials, and services already performed are not refundable except where required by law or the written offer. Eligibility for a refund or credit on unused services depends on the client’s written offer, any stated enrollment or cooling-off period, and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when practical.

When DATN changes or ends a service
If DATN cancels a paid session, it will offer a reasonable reschedule. If DATN ends a prepaid engagement without delivering the remaining services for reasons other than the client’s material breach, DATN will provide the refund or credit required by the written offer and applicable law.

Request a change or review
Use the scheduling link in your confirmation for appointment changes. For a billing, credit, or refund review, email austyn@dadsagainstthenorm.com with the client name, service, purchase date, and requested resolution. Do not include payment-card details or confidential coaching information in email. Effective July 29, 2026.
