What to expect

Messages are reviewed during normal business hours. Please allow up to three business days for a response, and include only the information needed to route your request.

Private client communication

Current coaching clients should use the DATN Coaching Portal for messages, assessments, assignments, files, and session information. Do not send confidential coaching details through public email.

Urgent and emergency support

DATN coaching and public contact channels are not emergency, crisis, medical, mental-health, legal, or child-protection services. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or local professional service.
